Loosely based on the real-life internet game hitori kakurenbo, the supernatural horror film follows six teenagers who play a terrifying viral Japanese game in which the players summon a vengeful spirit for a deadly round of hide-and-seek.
Alexander J. Farrell (The Beast Within) directs from a script he co-wrote with Greer Ellison (The Beast Within).
Momona Tamada (“Avatar: The Last Airbender”), Tanner Buchanan (“Cobra Kai”), Garrett Wareing (The Long Walk), Quvenzhané Wallis (Beasts of the Southern Wild), Kaitlyn Kemp (Street Smart), and John Hewson (son of U2 frontman Bono) star.

Mister Smith Entertainment launched international sales for Hide and Don’t Speak at the Cannes film market, currently underway. UTA and Range Select co-rep US rights.
