The first images for The Punishing starring John Boyega and Cara Delevingne have been unveiled.

The Punishing is set on a remote Icelandic island where a man miraculously recovers from a terminal illness—but his wife discovers the land’s healing powers come at a terrifying price.

The upcoming supernatural film is produced by Spooky Pictures, Redwire Pictures, and Tiki Tane Pictures, with star John Boyega also on board the film’s producing team.

Deadline notes, “Ignite is representing international sales for the film and launching dealmaking at the Cannes market, alongside WME Independent and UTA Independent Film Group representing domestic rights.”
