Blizzard Entertainment has unveiled their newest Overwatch hero, Shion.

The new Damage-class hero will launch for season three on June 16.

Shion is Overwatch‘s 52nd hero and the seventh released in 2026. Three more heroes will launch this year as part of the game’s rebranding and Overwatch‘s 10th anniversary, and season 3 will also include a new map set in Japan, a tie-in with Shion’s story and the first new map for non-Stadium modes since Overwatch‘s relaunch.

Overwatch is available on Nintendo Switch, Nintendo Switch 2, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Windows PC, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X.
