The brand new official trailer for director Adam Wingard’s new A24 movie Onslaught arrived this morning.

It was recently revealed that Onslaught is set in the very same town as The Guest, and Dan Stevens is reteaming with Wingard for the film. However, Stevens is now playing a mad German scientist in the upcoming film.

Adria Arjona, Rebecca Hall, Michael Biehn, Reginald VelJohnson, Eric Wareheim, Drew Starkey, and Alex “Poatan” Pereira star.

Here’s the synopsis: “When a rogue squad of genetically engineered super soldiers break loose in the desert, a badass Army sniper must unleash hell to protect her young daughter.”

Wingard (You’re Next, The Guest) directs from a script by Simon Barrett.

Onslaught will release in theaters September 4, 2026.
