Portable Moose has announced that Sally Face 2 will launch in Early Access for PC via Steam, with consoles and mobile ports to come at a later date.

Sally Face 2 will be released episodically like the first game. “One thing I learned from the original Sally Face is that having multiple separate builds (base game + DLC/Season Pass X operating systems) added a lot of extra headaches for development and also some confusion for players,” explains creator Steve Gabry. “Launching in Early Access should help alleviate those issues by allowing us to have fewer builds and clearer purchase options. Within Early Access, our goal will be to launch one episode at a time, while fixing any bugs that come up in-between.”

The game will see players guiding Sal and his three friends through a dark world devoid of hope and filled with mind-breaking terror. With everything falling apart and death bringing no solace, Sally Face 2 asks, “What’s left to hold on to?”
