Oscar-nominated Lily Gladstone (Killers Of The Flower Moon) and Kiowa Gordon (Dark Winds, Blood Quantum) are set to star in the horror western The Curse of Silver.

Geoff Marslett will co-direct with Gordon.

The movie is set on the “lawless Texas-Mexico border in the aftermath of the Civil War, the film follows two Union deserters who drag a cursed chest of Confederate silver into a besieged town, unwittingly unleashing supernatural violence.”

The screenplay was written by Marslett and Rafael A. Ruiz.

Liz Cardenas (A Ghost Story) and Ram Getz (Sunny) are producing; Gladstone, Gordon, and Michael Mortensen serve as executive producers.
