A free demo for Medium Rare, the turn-based survival dungeon crawler from ExeCo, is out now on Steam. The studio has also revealed the release window for the full game: January 2027.

As the world’s resources run dry, your wife has been taken to ExeCo, the world’s most renowned human meat processing plant, somewhere up the mountain, and may or may not have been processed for dinner. Standing between you and her? Cannibals, the Infected, and mutant animals.
