The first image from the upcoming horror film Nervous has been debuted.

Voltage Pictures has picked up the global rights (minus Korea) to Nervous.

Sarah Bolger (A Good Woman Is Hard to Find), Ko Ah-sung (Snowpiercer) and Sungsoo Yune (“Strong Girl Nam-soon”) star.

Here’s the full official synopsis: “Desperate to save their crumbling marriage, Sarah and her husband relocate to the Korean countryside, where they discover a mysterious vinyl record that plays only silence. After listening, she loses the ability to hear men’s voices, plunging her into paranoia and hallucinations. Increasingly isolated and drawn to an enigmatic female neighbor, Sarah struggles to distinguish reality from nightmare. Is she losing her mind, or is something far more sinister at work?”

Abner Pastoll directed from a script he co-wrote with Richard Hobley (Slumber).

Deadline first reported on the acquisition.
